Welcome to the Massada College Adelaide website.

I have the privilege of being Principal of a Kindergarten - Year 7 school with a heritage stretching back 3000 years, a clear understanding of what is required to make a school successful now, and a strong vision for the future.

Massada College is somewhat of a lighthouse.
It stands out as the only Jewish school in South Australia
It stands tall in its ability to provide relevant programmes for gifted children due to the exemplary qualifications of its staff.
It stands fast to its recognized policy of providing quality education for all children in classes where 22 is the maximum size.
It is uniquely placed to provide a smooth transition from pre-school to school years because our kindergarten and primary school share the same site.

Massada College is an enlightened learning environment where all children are encouraged to pursue their personal best.
Within our school community are Jewish and non-Jewish children from a variety of cultural backgrounds. Massada offers two languages as well as English. The School has an English as a Second Language" programme.
I find this international flavour particularly appealing given the manner in which technology is shrinking our planet. 1 also find it is actively supported by our involvement in the International Baccalaureate Organization.

As a group of professionals we, as a staff, believe our educative processes and our genuine care for children are of an international standard.

Our active Student Representative Council can he seen as democracy in action. We involve our children in their learning ... in their learning for life.

Massada prides itself on involvement beyond the school, with students helping to serve aged groups and also the wider community through participation in music events and the like.

I believe our school is not in the business of making promises ..... Massada College is in the business of substantiating commitments.

I lead a school committed to providing a quality education to children from Kindergarten to Year 7.
